• You will be expected to review call quality and suggest process improvements..

• The role focuses on track pending cases and share progress with the team..
• Daily work includes coordinate with back-office staff for payment receipt updates..

Focus: CRM record accuracy. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
