Draft location: Iskcon Road, Jaipur. Full-time, office-based role in loan recovery and customer account support.

• You will be expected to monitor assigned portfolio activity and prepare clear status reports..
• The selected candidate will prepare daily call outcome summaries for the collection team..
• The role focuses on follow approved scripts and fair collection practices..
• Daily work includes review overdue instalment records and arrange follow-up calls..

Focus: customer dispute handling. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
