• Daily work includes monitor assigned portfolio activity and prepare clear status reports..
• Key responsibility: prepare daily call outcome summaries for the collection team..
• You will be expected to follow approved scripts and fair collection practices..
• The selected candidate will review overdue instalment records and arrange follow-up calls..

Focus: repayment negotiation. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
