• The role focuses on monitor assigned portfolio activity and prepare clear status reports..
• Daily work includes prepare daily call outcome summaries for the collection team..
• Key responsibility: follow approved scripts and fair collection practices..
• You will be expected to review overdue instalment records and arrange follow-up calls..

Focus: repayment negotiation. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
