• You will be expected to update CRM notes after each customer conversation..
• The selected candidate will track pending cases and share progress with the team..
• The role focuses on coordinate with back-office staff for payment receipt updates..
• Daily work includes coordinate with supervisors on unresolved repayment queries..

Focus: loan account verification. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
