• You will be expected to support timely resolution of disputed repayment entries..
• The selected candidate will help resolve payment confirmation and account reconciliation queries..
• The role focuses on check repayment commitments and record the agreed next steps..
• Daily work includes monitor assigned portfolio activity and prepare clear status reports..

Focus: loan account verification. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
