Draft location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. Full-time, office-based role in loan recovery and customer account support.

• You will be expected to prepare daily call outcome summaries for the collection team..
• The selected candidate will follow approved scripts and fair collection practices..
• The role focuses on review overdue instalment records and arrange follow-up calls..
• Daily work includes escalate customer complaints through approved channels..

Focus: case escalation. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
