Draft location: Dantli, Jaipur. Full-time, office-based role in loan recovery and customer account support.

• Daily work includes support accurate handover of complex customer cases..
• Key responsibility: support timely resolution of disputed repayment entries..
• You will be expected to help resolve payment confirmation and account reconciliation queries..
• The selected candidate will check repayment commitments and record the agreed next steps..

Focus: team coordination. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
