• The role focuses on follow approved scripts and fair collection practices..
• Daily work includes review overdue instalment records and arrange follow-up calls..

• You will be expected to assist the team with account status updates and case prioritisation..

Focus: daily portfolio reporting. Relevant collection or banking experience preferred; graduation preferred.
