Job Description

We are hiring a Junior Billing Accountant for a Garments Showroom located at Tank Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Candidates should have basic accounting knowledge and practical experience with Tally Prime, billing and daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices and maintain billing records.
• Enter daily sales and purchase transactions in Tally Prime.
• Perform bank reconciliation and verify transactions.
• Generate and maintain E-Way Bills.
• Maintain purchase bills, payment vouchers and expense records.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and proper documentation.
• Support daily showroom accounting activities.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of accounting or billing experience.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Experience in sales and purchase entries.
• Basic knowledge of Bank Reconciliation and E-Way Bills.
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
