Job Description

We are hiring an Inbound Customer Support Executive to handle customer enquiries related to spa services, packages and wellness memberships.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information about spa services.
• Assist customers with bookings and enquiries.
• Maintain customer details and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in inbound calling or customer support preferred.
• Comfortable with rotational weekly offs.
