Job Description

We are looking for an Inbound Telesales Executive who can turn customer interest in spa and wellness services into confirmed sales.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable wellness packages.
• Convert incoming sales enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Promote premium packages through upselling and cross-selling.
• Communicate offers, membership benefits and promotions.
• Follow up on potential sales and achieve assigned conversion targets.

Requirements: Good persuasion skills, sales-oriented approach and experience in telesales, inbound sales or upselling.
