Job Description

IGT Solutions is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the International Voice Process. This role involves handling international customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Update customer details and interaction records in the system.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Meet daily productivity and performance targets.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process or BPO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
