Job Description

Tiein is looking for experienced Voice Process Executives to join its customer support team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, prior BPO or call center experience, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while handling customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints with accurate solutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
• Update customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• 3 years of experience in Voice Process, BPO, or Call Center.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working from the Gurgaon office.
