Job Description

Aura Industries is hiring BPO Telecallers for its Gurugram office. The role involves handling customer calls, providing product and service information, resolving customer queries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Achieve daily calling and performance targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Both Male and Female candidates are eligible.
