Job Description

We are hiring Female BPO Telecallers for a full-time work-from-office role. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, previous experience in a BPO or call center environment, and a customer-focused attitude. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and maintaining high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with product and service-related queries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers and resolve issues efficiently.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• 2 years of experience in BPO, Telecalling, or Call Center.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Female candidates only.
