Job Description

We are hiring Debt Recovery Agents for leading BPO and financial service companies. Candidates will be responsible for contacting customers regarding outstanding payments, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining professional communication while following company policies.

Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding pending dues through calls.
• Follow up on overdue payments professionally.
