Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers by answering queries and providing accurate information.
• Maintain call records and update customer details.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and resolve basic concerns.

• 12th Pass or above

• Basic Hindi & English communication skills
