Job Responsibilities

* Generate and follow up on new leads through calls and outreach

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support and service delivery

* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

* Any qualification is acceptable for this position

* Experience: 6 Months – 5+ Years in Telesales/Telecalling/Sales

* Good communication and convincing skills

* Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
