Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers, dealers, distributors, and prospects as per the daily visit plan.
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and sales updates in the CRM/ERP system.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Assist customers with basic product information and coordinate after-sales support when required.
• Collect payments as per company policy and submit them on time.
• Maintain professional behaviour and represent the company positively during field visits.
• Ensure proper use and safety of company assets provided for field work.
• Follow company policies, reporting guidelines, and operational SOPs.
