Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Open and close the store as per company timings.
• Maintain stock accuracy, inventory records, and product availability.
• Coordinate inward and outward stock movements.
• Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and store maintenance.
• Monitor daily sales and support the sales team in achieving targets.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare daily sales, stock, and store activity reports.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and head office for stock replenishment.
• Verify and maintain all store-related documents and records.
• Supervise store staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure attendance, punctuality, and discipline of store employees.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational standards.
• Protect company assets and prevent stock loss or damage.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Management for store-related requirements.
