Selected candidates will explain the process, coordinate document collection, and pass complex queries to the supervisor. HSC is mandatory; SSC candidates may qualify with a 2?3 year diploma. Basic English and Hindi are required. Work timing is 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week, with one rotational weekly off.
