About the Role

Bucks Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic, ambitious and target-oriented professionals to join our team as Relationship Manager / Financial Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new clients through calling, references, networking and business-development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand clients' financial goals and investment requirements.
• Explain and promote financial products, including:
• Demat & Trading Accounts
• Mutual Funds & SIPs
• PMS & AIF
• Life & General Insurance
• Other Investment & Wealth Management Products
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account opening, documentation and transactions.
• Stay updated with financial markets, investment products and industry developments.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome with good communication and sales skills.
• Experience in Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Services will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with clients.
• Strong sales, negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic understanding of financial markets is preferred.
