## Internship Timings

🕙 **10:00 AM – 05:00 PM**

## Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through job portals and social media

* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

* Conduct initial telephonic interviews

* Schedule interviews with clients

* Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

* Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process

## Career Growth

📈 **After successful completion of the 3-month internship, candidates may receive a salary of ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month based on performance.**
