Explain Paytm/PhonePe QR and digital payment solutions to merchants.

Convince and assist merchants in completing the QR onboarding process.

Guide merchants regarding required information and documentation.

Complete merchant onboarding accurately as per company process.

Follow up with interested merchants to complete pending onboarding.

Achieve the assigned target of 100 QR onboardings.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and completed onboardings.

Resolve basic merchant queries and provide necessary assistance.

Submit regular performance/activity reports to the reporting manager
