Hiring customer-facing callers for loan enquiries, documentation reminders, and follow-ups. Selected candidates will explain the process, coordinate document collection, and pass complex queries to the supervisor. Prior telecalling experience is required; clear communication and readiness for an office-based role are essential. Work timing is 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, six days a week, with one rotational weekly off.
