Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow 3M PPF sales across the assigned market.
• Identify and approach new dealers, car dealerships, workshops, and business partners.
• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Promote 3M PPF and other car care solutions to potential customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular market updates to management.
• Coordinate with the operations and application teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; Sales & Marketing qualification will be an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the automobile, PPF, car detailing, or automotive aftermarket industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Willingness to travel for market visits.
• Automobile/PPF industry experience will be preferred.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of the local market.
