Telesales Executive – Payday Loan / Personal Loan

Job Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads for Payday Loans and Personal Loans through outbound calling.

Contact provided leads, understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Handle customer queries related to loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates and repayment.

Coordinate with the verification and credit team for smooth loan processing.

Maintain accurate customer and calling records in CRM/MIS.

Ensure regular follow-up with interested and pending customers.

Achieve assigned Telesales, conversion and loan disbursement KPIs.

Maintain professional communication and follow company policies and sales guidelines.
