Telesales Executive – Payday Loan / Personal Loan

Job Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for Payday Loans and Personal Loans through outbound calling.
• Contact provided leads, understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Handle customer queries related to loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates and repayment.
• Coordinate with the verification and credit team for smooth loan processing.
• Maintain accurate customer and calling records in CRM/MIS.
• Ensure regular follow-up with interested and pending customers.
• Achieve assigned Telesales, conversion and loan disbursement KPIs.
• Maintain professional communication and follow company policies and sales guidelines.
