💼 Position

Telecaller Executive / Telecalling Executive

📝 Job Summary

AGS TELECALLER MARKETING COMPANY में Telecaller Executive का मुख्य कार्य customers/leads से फोन पर professional तरीके से बातचीत करना, company की services की जानकारी देना, interested customers का follow-up करना और daily calling activities को properly maintain करना है। Telecaller roles में calling, lead generation, follow-up और customer communication आम responsibilities हैं।

📌 Key Responsibilities

- 📞 Customers/Leads को outbound calls करना

- 🗣️ Company की services की सही जानकारी देना

- 📋 Interested customers की details collect करना

- 🔄 Interested leads का timely follow-up करना

- 💬 Customer के questions का politely answer देना

- 📝 Call details और follow-up status maintain करना

- 🤝 Team/HR/Manager के साथ coordination करना

- 📊 Daily calling report submit करना

- ⭐ Company के communication और customer-handling standards maintain करना

🎯 Required Skills

- अच्छी Hindi communication

- Basic English communication का knowledge

- Confident और polite speaking

- Good listening skills

- Basic computer/mobile knowledge

- Customer को properly explain करने की ability

- Follow-up और time management skills

🎓 Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass

Experience: Fresher & Experienced दोनों apply कर सकते हैं, यदि आपकी company ऐसा eligibility criterion रखती है।
