About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining real estate projects, generating and qualifying leads, conducting regular follow-ups, and scheduling property site visits for the sales team.

Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and understand customer requirements.
• Explain property projects, location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.
• Qualify leads based on budget, preferred location, property type, and buying intent.
• Generate interest and convert potential leads into qualified prospects.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule site visits, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives/Managers for site visits and lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation will be an advantage.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, BPO, customer service, or real estate.
• Freshers can apply if they have good communication and convincing skills.
