Customer Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with the account opening process and guide them through required documentation and KYC procedures.
• Handle inbound calls
• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, pending documentation, and account activation.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to complete the account opening process.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely completion of requests.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and account-opening targets.

Required Skills:

• Basic excel knowledge.
• Ability to make both inbound and outbound calls.
