Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with account opening and KYC documentation.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries and follow-ups.
  • Follow up with customers for pending documents and account completion.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain customer records and update follow-up status.
  • Achieve assigned account opening and calling KPI.
