Experience: 0–2 Years

Salary: ₹14,000–₹25,000/month (based on last drawn salary & relevant experience)

Shift: Day Shift | 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Working Days: Sunday Off + Alternate Saturdays Off

Immediate Joiners Preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle voice calls for the domestic E-commerce process

• Interact with customers and understand their requirements

• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS

• 0–2 years of experience in BPO Voice / Telecalling / Customer Support

• Freshers are also welcome

• Age: 21–28 years

• Graduation is mandatory

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi

• Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills

• Comfortable working in a fixed day shift
