Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries for residential properties, including sales and rentals.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Coordinate and conduct property site visits.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Negotiate and assist clients throughout the sales/rental process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate business through referrals and networking.
• Maintain proper records of leads, visits, follow-ups and closures.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Presentable, confident and professional personality.
• Good knowledge of Mumbai’s real estate market is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
