*Process* : Inbound Customer Service

*Headcount* : 20

*Eligibility* :Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience

*Communication* : Versant 4

*Shift* : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

*Weekly Off* : Sunday

*Salary* : ₹19,500 in‑hand / ₹24,000 CTC

*DOJ*- 7th September’2026

✅ ₹10,000 Joining Bonus for NISM 5A Certified candidates 

₹5,000 after comepletion of 30 days

₹5,000 after completion of 60 days

*📌 Important Notes*

NISM certification mandatory for Mutual Fund processes

(SBI, Nippon, UTI & The Wealth Company)

First NISM attempt fee (₹1,500) paid by company

Second attempt fee (₹1,500) to be paid by employee

Salary on hold until NISM certification is cleared
