Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team on a Work From Home basis in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews and coordinating the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidate profiles according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring.
• Smartphone, laptop/computer and stable internet connection.
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous HR/Recruitment experience will be an advantage.
• Candidates who can work independently from home are preferred.
