Position: FEMALE HR RECRUITER (Experience Minimum 6months in International BPO)

Job Description and Skills Required:

• End to End Recruitment in BPO organization.
• Follow up with candidates, Search and source quality resumes from in house database, social media network websites, head hunting, indeed & other free job portals.
• Sourcing and Screening of potential candidates from job portals, & other resources.
• Must have knowledge on how to recruit from consultancies, institutes & colleges. 
• Calling to the candidates to lineups for the interviews.
• Good Communication skills in English Hindi & Bengali
• Smart Female Candidates can only apply.
• Target achiever.
• Proactive in approach
