Job Description

ITM Recruitment Services is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for an HR Recruiter Internship. This internship is suitable for freshers and candidates who want to build their career in HR and Recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and companies.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview and joining status.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
• Post job vacancies on different platforms.
• Assist the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Graduate / MBA HR candidates can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Interested in HR and Recruitment.
• Candidates from nearby Khanpur, Saket, Malviya Nagar, Sangam Vihar and surrounding areas can apply.
