Job Description

Edu Premier League (EPL) is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Admission Counsellor** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their educational goals, explaining suitable course options, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel students regarding **courses and programs offered by various partner universities**.

* Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and course preferences.

* Follow up with prospective students through **phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels**.

* Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, and admission procedures.

* Assist students with **application, documentation, and enrollment processes**.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead status.

* Support students throughout the admission journey until successful enrollment.

* Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with students.

* Coordinate with internal teams and university representatives when required.

## 👤 Candidate Requirements

* Graduate in any stream.

* Good **communication and interpersonal skills**.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Comfortable speaking with students over phone calls.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Prior experience in **admission counselling, education, telecalling, or sales** will be an advantage.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
