Purchase Manager

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with a background in the fire safety, fire protection, or construction industry. The candidate should have good technical knowledge of fire safety equipment, security systems, procurement, vendor management, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of fire safety, fire protection, and security system equipment.
• Source and negotiate with vendors for quality products at competitive prices.
• Handle purchasing of fire suppression systems, water mist systems, clean agent extinguishers, fire doors, smoke detectors, CCTV systems, and access control solutions.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and execution teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Evaluate suppliers, compare quotations, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, inventory, and procurement costs.
• Ensure materials meet project specifications and applicable quality standards.
