Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Work From Home – Pan India

Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Both Can Apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit candidates for BPO, sales, customer support and other profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Laptop or smartphone with internet access.
