Job Title: BPO HR Recruiter

Location: Work From Home

Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Responsibilities:

• Hire candidates for domestic and international BPO processes.
• Explain salary, shifts, location and eligibility criteria.
• Conduct initial candidate screening over calls.
• Schedule virtual and walk-in interviews.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Eligibility:

• Good Hindi and basic English communication.
• Interest in recruitment and candidate coordination.
• Smartphone or laptop with internet access.
