Job Title: HR Recruitment Consultant

💰 Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit candidates for BPO, sales, customer support and other profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment records and daily hiring reports.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Laptop/mobile and stable internet connection.
