The Jaipur BPO team is recruiting a Telecaller in Ambabari. This role requires the ability to listen to customer concerns, document outcomes, and keep customers updated on case progress. Only candidates with a minimum one-year background in international e-commerce voice process should apply. Excellent communication skills are essential. Only immediate joiners currently based in Jaipur are eligible. Work schedule: 5.5 days per week, rotational shift and rotational week off. Interview mode: virtual.
