Company: Business Point Solutions.

Job location: Yogi Nagar, Borivali West, Mumbai (confirm the assigned office location before interview).

Salary: Experienced recruiters: ?25,000??30,000/month, plus incentives/commissions as applicable. Additional earnings through incentives/commissions as stated in the brief.

Employment: Full-time recruitment role.

Scope: Domestic and international recruitment, including bulk hiring for Gulf destinations such as UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain.

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals and professional networks.
• Support domestic recruitment and bulk-hiring assignments.
• Handle candidate data carefully and communicate recruitment updates professionally.

Experience: Freshers and experienced applicants are considered; bulk-hiring experience is preferred. Preferred: Candidate sourcing, coordination, basic Excel and documentation skills.

Schedule: Full-time, work-from-office position. Skills: Candidate sourcing and screening knowledge is an advantage.
