Job location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (confirm the assigned office location before interview).

Salary: Experienced recruiters: ?22,000??33,000/month, plus incentives/commissions as applicable. Additional earnings through incentives/commissions as stated in the brief.

Employment: Full-time recruitment role.

Scope: Domestic and international recruitment, including bulk hiring for Gulf destinations such as UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain.

• Maintain candidate records and support recruitment documentation.
• Coordinate interview feedback and joining follow-ups with the relevant team.
• Screen resumes and shortlist applicants against the job requirements.

Experience: Freshers and experienced applicants are considered; bulk-hiring experience is preferred. Preferred: Candidate sourcing, coordination, basic Excel and documentation skills.

Schedule: Full-time role; office-based recruitment work. Skills: Bulk-hiring experience is preferred; immediate joiners are welcome.
